Atualmente, esse imposto estava em 3,69%. A expectativa do governo \u00e9 que 250 mil estabelecimentos sejam beneficiados com a\u00a0medida.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA medida \u00e9 resultado de muito di\u00e1logo\u00a0do governo\u00a0com o setor. A redu\u00e7\u00e3o para 3,2% significa a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 13% do ICMS para o estado,\u00a0uma ren\u00fancia fiscal de mais de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es. Mas \u00e9 uma medida muito necess\u00e1ria para\u00a0a retomada do setor, que \u00e9 grande empregador e gerador de renda\u201d,\u00a0disse o secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda e Planejamento\u00a0de S\u00e3o Paulo, Henrique Meirelles.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da redu\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS, o governador anunciou tamb\u00e9m o\u00a0programa de investimentos\u00a0Retoma SP, para os setores mais afetados pela pandemia, e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da linha de cr\u00e9dito Nome Limpo, que deve oferecer R$ 100 milh\u00f5es para empres\u00e1rios que ficaram com o nome sujo por causa da pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>O Retoma SP pretende ofertar servi\u00e7os e programas para impulsionar a economia das cidades paulistas. Com isso, trabalhadores, desempregados, estudantes e pequenos empreendedores que necessitam de aux\u00edlio, neste momento de retomada, poder\u00e3o\u00a0ter\u00a0acesso a servi\u00e7os oferecidos pelo governo, tais como o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/banco%20do%20povohttps\/\/www.bancodopovo.sp.gov.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Banco do Povo<\/a>, o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/empreendarapido.sp.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Empreenda R\u00e1pido<\/a>, o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bolsadopovo.sp.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bolsa do Povo\u00a0<\/a>e o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/xn--mutiro%20do%20emprego%20online%20-%20vaga%20certahttps-zpe\/\/vagacerta.sp.gov.br%20%E2%80%BA%20mutirao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mutir\u00e3o do Emprego<\/a>.
